Is Affiliate Marketing Really Worthwhle? My A4U Expo Presentation

Recently I was lucky enough to be asked to speak at the excellent A4U Expo in Amsterdam. I prepared a presentation on how to justify the existence of an affiliate campaign, how it interacts with other channels and useful metrics to measure.
